Catalyst isn’t just a program; it’s a journey of leadership evolution. Designed for high-potential leaders, this 6 month program blends our proprietary content with 21 powerful touchpoints to deliver sustained growth that far exceeds what any one-and-done solution can achieve. 

Through a blend of in-person workshops, individual coaching, and collaborative cohort experiences, participants cultivate the self-awareness, skills, and tools necessary to lead with confidence, authenticity, and measurable impact.

Length of Course: 6 months

Program Components:

  • 2 Days – Present Like a Boss: This course helps leaders stand and deliver with confidence and presence, and supports them in developing a vision for their leadership style and impact
  • 2 Days – D.R.I.P Leadership: An experiential course on driving high performance through others based on diagnosing the root cause of performance gaps, giving and receiving feedback and coaching for performance
  • 3 Days – Get Real (Part One): A deep dive into self awareness and acknowledgment that prepares leaders for the upcoming coaching and helps them identify what changes they need to make to lead more effectively
  • 6 Months – Individual and Group Coaching: Focused on creating accountability to their goals and making the shifts needed to lead more effectively, the coaching work is transformational and helps leaders evolve with intention
  • 1 Day – Get Real (Part Two): The final session focuses on leading authentically, and helps participants lock in the learning by developing and delivering a presentation on their leadership journey and next steps to their leaders, who are invited to join us for the afternoon of day two
