They explore the four components of high-performing relationships and learn how to bring their “A-Game” to every interaction, from team dynamics to client partnerships.

  4. GET REAL: Part Two (2 Days)

    The capstone experience turns reflection into action. Leaders apply authentic leadership principles to real-world challenges, share growth stories from their coaching journey, and design continued development plans for themselves and their teams. The program culminates in earning the Catalyst Leadership Certificate of Completion — but the impact continues long beyond.
