Responsibilities: Keeping leadership organized, projects moving and events and training running smoothly behind the scenes, while finding smarter ways to work as we grow. 

Value that you add to our Customers: I make sure every client, participant, speaker, and vendor gets a smooth, well-organized experience. I also free up our CEO’s time so she can focus on serving them.

Value that you add to our Team: I’m the steady hand behind the scenes. I keep our work organized in Asana, connect the dots across the team, and fix what’s clunky, so nobody has to chase down the details.

What’s one thing on your bucket list: To visit all the National Parks! Once my husband and I are empty nesters, we plan to buy an RV and hit the road!

The one thing you plan to do to change the world, even just a little bit: Spread positivity. When there is so much negative in our world, I try to be a little extra optimistic and positive. 

The thing you did as a kid that was the best predictor of who you would be as an adult: I liked to plan everything out as kid. Help plan birthday parties, class projects, chores for me and my sisters, etc! What I do now is make sure everything stays according to plan, or step in where needed to make sure deadlines are met.
